This warranty covers PARTS only. During the first year after purchase, Abel Building Solutions (AC) will, free of charge to the user or subsequent users, replace any parts which may have defective components. The replacement part can be new or remanufactured at the discretion of Abel Building Solutions.
This warranty does not include labour charges for the regular servicing and maintenance of the air conditioning unit.
Under the warranty, maintenance must be performed by an ABS-authorised air conditioning company every (3) months. The customer is responsible to request a service date within 14 days at the end of each three (3) month period. If not scheduled within this timeframe, the warranty will be voided.
Failure to provide proof of regular service will void the warranty
Negligence of unit will void the warranty
No warranty on compressor and parts if a non-ABS-authorized technician installs the unit.

This warranty covers the COMPRESSOR ONLY. During the period after purchase, Abel Building Solutions (AC) will, free of charge, replace the compressor only, if defective in material. The replacement part can be new or repaired at the discretion of Abel Building Solutions. This warranty does not include labour charges for the regular servicing and maintenance of the air condition unit.
