DELIVERY & COLLECTION

DELIVERY DETAILS
ABS reserves the right to decline delivery to any areas of Trinidad and Tobago, at its discretion, if it deems that there may be potential harm to ABS products and/or transport contractors.

Minimum purchase for free delivery in Trinidad: 4 pallets

Your blocks will be offloaded by Hiab within 6 feet from the side of the truck (wherever the truck is able to safely park) on a FLAT surface, ground/road level.

If HIAB offloading is required (more than 6 feet from the truck, over a fence, over a drain, above ground floor, or a height of any kind), there will be a charge of $100 per pallet to be paid to the driver on site. Read more in our terms and conditions here.

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the CSR of all necessary details regarding their delivery, to ensure efficient delivery.

We use 10-ton trucks for delivery, and a truckload is up to 4 pallets of Concrete products, or up to 5 pallets of Clay products. We will deliver the maximum number of pallets per truckload according to your order.

If you require delivery using a 3-ton truck (which holds up to 3 pallets of blocks), we will facilitate free delivery of 1 load/trip only. Payment will need to be made to the driver for the additional loads/trips required to fulfill your order.

COLLECTING AT FACTORY
* Safety wear for collecting at the Factory outlets: Long pants & Closed toe shoes.

* For the collection of one pallet or more, the smallest truck allowed for collecting is a 1-ton van (e.g. H100 van)

* Very small quantities can be carried by car, dependent on customer's discretion.

* Any quantity under a pallet without an under-pallet must be hand packed by the customer themself.

TOBAGO
*All Tobago orders must be collected.

*There will be an additional fee of $102.00 VI per pallet for shipping to Tobago.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS
* Once delivery is made in accordance with the Buyer's instructions, the following will apply should any item(s) need to be returned.

* The Buyer will be responsible for their own returns to the factory from which the items purchased came from.

* The Factory warehouse/yard team will inspect the items being returned to verify its condition. They will also count the items returned and confirm the quantity.

* There will be a restocking charge of 10% of the value of the item(s) being returned to the factory.

After a return is completed, the Buyer can either take new products with their remaining credit, leave the credit on their account for a future use, or be refunded.

REFUNDS
Our internal refund process takes 7 - 10 business days to complete.

If purchased online, your money will be refunded in the same way it was paid (Credit card or ACH transfer).

If paid for in-store via cash, the refund will be done in the form of a cheque.
