Here is a convenient ‘5 Step Guide‘ to help you buy building solutions on our new website.

STEP ONE:
When you find an item you wish to purchase, select the quanitity and/or the design, then click the red “Add to Cart” button. This will place the product into the cart at the top of the page. When you’re finished shopping, simply click on the cart icon in the top right-hand corner of the page. You will have 2 options – either view the item(s) in the cart first (for the opportunity to change the quantities or remove items) or head straight to the check-out.

STEP TWO:
To place an order you do not need to register your personal details to create an account, you can shop as a ‘Guest.’ However, if you do create an account we will be able to keep you up to date with sales and promotions that can help with your next purchase from us. You can easily create an account during the checkout process but, you can also enter your details by selecting “Create an Account’ to the bottom of any page. This will register your details with us.

STEP THREE
To place your order, we require an email address to where you would like your order confirmation sent to, as well as your name, address and contact details. It is very important you advise us if this mailing address is the same as the billing address.

STEP FOUR:
We accept various payment methods including; Visa, Visa Debit, and MasterCard. We also have many options for delivery. Including a FREE ‘collect in store’ service. For more information on these delivery options, please click to view our Delivery Information

STEP FIVE:
A representative will call you within 24-hours of your order to confirm your order, and schedule delivery or pick up. Once we have authorised your payment, a confirmation email will be sent direct to the email address provided. Please reference the order number from this email in any future correspondence with us.
