Victoria Keys is located on the outskirts of Diego Martin obliquely opposite West Mall and is described as the “Keys to Contemporary Living”. The project engagement began in 2015 where the installation surrounded One (1) Elevator serving Three (3) floors and Two (2) Elevators serving Four (4) floors
